The successful candidate will provide technical support and solutions to our customers, and be responsible for:

Achieving or surpassing sales & profit margin targets
Cost-effectively pursuing opportunities with new customers with specific product, service and value offerings
Cost-effectively increasing sales and margins with existing customers
Collaborating with Business Managers for growth opportunities in different product categories offered by CB (e.g. Fluid Power, Lube, Mill Supply, Motors & Drives, Belting, Repairable Assets & National Accounts, Program Sales)
Effectively planning and managing a diverse sales territory of key accounts agreed to with the Regional Sales Manager
Managing sales activities using SFDC ( including Contacts, Customer Information, Opportunities, Itinerary, Tasks, and Cost Savings



The successful candidate for the position will have:

A proven track record of superior customer relationships and previous Outside Sales or equivalent work experience
A College or University Degree

The successful candidate for this position will be:

Adept at setting, achieving and tracking goals using CB’s sales process
Knowledgeable in the MRO (Maintenance Repair Operation) industry
Knowledgeable in products and services (benefits, applications) related to all industry types served by CB
An excellent communicator (both verbal and written)
A team player that can work well with others as well as independently
Knowledgeable with use of Microsoft Office applications - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; knowledge of SFDC is a plus
