Our Client is looking for Technical Sales Representative (industrial products, mill, safety, power transmission, bearings, etc)

Key Position Responsibilities:

Meet or exceed sales targets established in conjunction with Sales management. Manage a diverse sales territory of ‘key’ and ‘hunt’ accounts by expanding sales with current customers and obtaining new customers.
Key Accounts: Increase sales, margin and value opportunities with existing customers in a profitable manner using the CB documented cost savings proposition (or in a cost effective manner).
Hunt Accounts: Pursue and obtain new customers with specific product, service and value offerings in a profitable and cost-effective manner.
Collaborate with Strategic Business Managers for growth opportunities (e.g. Fluid Power, Lube, Mill Supply, Motors & Drives, Belting, RAP & National Accounts, Program Sales)
Leverage use of internal sales software process tool (SFDC) to create and update customer files and to document all implemented technical customer value.
Provide necessary information and support internally post-sale to ensure successful delivery, installation for the customer.
Provide technical support to customers for any CB products, act as escalation point and liaison with manufacturer, dependent upon circumstances.
Participate in any sales related projects, efforts in CB Vision to ‘Deliver More’ to its customers
NOTE: Anticipate up to 75% travel outside of office within sales territory initiating and attending customer meetings



Required Skills, Knowledge & Competencies:

Proven track record of superior customer relationships & previous Outside Sales or equivalent work experience.
University Degree or College Diploma in a related discipline or equivalent work experience
Strong knowledge of industrial supply products and services including technical knowledge (applications and benefits) related to CB product offerings (mill, safety, power transmission, bearings, etc)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills demonstrated in excellent customer relationships
Works well independently but also adapts well to being a team player.
Attributes include an energetic, driven personality with a technical orientation
PC Skills: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, knowledge of Sales Force is an asset. Ability to research on the internet.
Fluency in both French and English is an asset.
